SILVER STEEL BS1407
This product is a high carbon bright steel ground to a very close tolerance. It is suppiled in an annealed condition but because of the high carbon and chromium content it can achive high hardness levels. This is a versatile product that can be used in many engineering applications.With a large size range in both metric & imperial diametres. Some non-standard sizes can be found in stock (e.g 1mm,1.5mm 5/64") and we are able to produce non standard sizes to order.
We carry an extensive range in metric & imperial. With the standard lengths of 13", 1 metre & 2 metre. 3 metre lengths can be supplied on request.
